Wan Hapandi bin Wan Nik is a Malaysian politician who served as Deputy Member of the Terengganu State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) state administration under Menteri Besar Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar and Member Mohd Nurkhuzaini Ab Rahman from May 2018 and Member of the Terengganu State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Sura from May 2013 to August 2023. He is a member of the Malaysian Islamic Party (PAS),a component party of the PN coalition.
In the 2013 Terengganu state election,Wan Hapandi was nominated by PAS to contest for the Sura state seat. He won the seat and was elected as the Sura MLA for the first term after defeating candidate of Barisan Nasional (BN) by a majority of 2,957 votes.
In the 2018 Terengganu state election,Wan Hapandi was renominated by PAS to defend the Sura seat. He defended the seat and was reelected as the Sura MLA for the second term after defeating candidates of BN and Pakatan Harapan (PH) by a majority of 7,162 votes.
In the 2023 Terengganu state election,Wan Hapandi was not renominated by PN to defend the Sura seat or contest for other seats.
On 16 May 2018 after PAS took over the state administration from BN after PAS defeated BN in the 2018 state election,Wan Hapandi was appointed as Terengganu Deputy EXCO Member in charge of Entrepreneurship,Micro Industry and Hawker Affairs by Menteri Besar Ahmad Samsuri to deputise for EXCO Member Mohd Nurkhuzaini.

He served as Member of the Kedah State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Rakyat (PR) state administration under former Menteri Besar Azizan Abdul Razak from March 2010 to the collapse of the PR state administration in May 2013 as well as Member of the Kedah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Ayer Hitam from November 1999 to March 2004 and again from March 2008 to May 2018. Ahmad Samsuri bin Mokhtar,better known as Dr Sam,is a Malaysian politician,aerospace engineer and lecturer who has served as the 15th Menteri Besar of Terengganu,Member of the Terengganu State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Ru Rendang since May 2018 and the Member of Parliament (MP) for Kemaman since December 2023. Leong Yu Man is a Malaysian politician and former nutritionist who has served as Member of the Pahang State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Barisan Nasional (BN) state administration under Menteri Besar Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail since December 2022 and Member of the Pahang State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Triang since May 2013. She is a member and State Organising Secretary of Pahang of the Democratic Action Party (DAP),a component party of the Pakatan Harapan (PH) and formerly Pakatan Rakyat (PR) coalitions. She is the youngest,the only female and the only Pahang EXCO Member of DAP as well as one of the only two Pahang EXCO Members of PH and Chinese ethnicity alongside Teruntum MLA Sim Chon Siang. She is also the daughter of State Chairman of DAP of Pahang and former Triang MLA Leong Ngah Ngah. She created history as the first ever female Chinese Pahang EXCO Member.
