The West Riding County Cup is an annual football competition held between the clubs of the West Riding County Football Association which was first competed in 1927. It is the senior county cup for the historic West Riding of Yorkshire since the demise of the Senior Cup in 1999. The first winners were Leeds United Reserves in 1927.

According to the Rules of the County FA, entry to the competition is by invite from the Council or an authorised committee assigned to run the competition. [1]

A record 762 clubs were accepted for the competition; one club, South Normanton Athletic, folded before the fixtures were released, leaving 761 clubs to appear in the draw. Two more clubs, Brierley Hill & Withymoor and Stapenhill, folded after the draws for the early rounds were made, giving their opponents a walkover.

The West Riding County Football Association is the governing body of football in northern parts of the West Riding of Yorkshire, England. Its headquarters are in the village of Woodlesford, 6 miles (9.7 km) south east of Leeds.

The North Riding Senior Cup is the county cup in the North Riding of Yorkshire. It is administered by the North Riding County FA. According to the current rules of the competition, it is open to all clubs whose first affiliation is with the NRCFA. A team having entered an F.A. Competition,, in the current season must compete in the Senior Cup. Clubs can be exempt upon payment of a fee. Therefore, the lowest tier for compulsory entry are Northern League Division Two, Northern Counties East Division One or other Leagues of a similar status.

The Devon Senior Cup is the third tier county cup in the county of Devon. It is administered by the Devon County Football Association. It is open to all teams affiliated to the County FA.

The Bedfordshire Senior Challenge Cup, also known as the Beds Senior Cup is the county cup of Bedfordshire. According to the current rules of the competition, it is open to all clubs whose affiliation is with the Bedfordshire County FA (BCFA). The current holders are Luton Town who won the competition when it was last contested in the 2022/23 season in a 6-2 victory over Biggleswade F.C. in the final.

The Senior Cup is the county cup for the Leicestershire and Rutland County Football Association (LRCFA). Entry to the competition is selected by the Competitions Committee of LRCFA and usually consists of Step 6 and 7 teams of the National League System. The current holders are Heather St John's who won the 2018-19 competition.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">2019 English Football League play-offs</span> Football league season

The English Football League play-offs for the 2018–19 season (referred to as the Sky Bet Play-Offs for sponsorship reasons) were held in April 2019 with all finals played at Wembley Stadium in London. The play-offs will begin in each league with two semi-finals played over two legs. The teams who finish in 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th place in the Championship and League One and the 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th-placed teams in League Two are set to compete. The winners of the semi-finals advance to the finals, with the winners gaining promotion for the following season.
