Wisin vs. Yandel:Los Extraterrestres (English:The Extraterrestrials/Aliens) is the fifth studio album by Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin &Yandel,released on November 6,2007,by Machete Music. On November 13,2008,the album received the Latin Grammy Award for Best Urban Music Album and Lo Nuestro Award for Urban Album of the Year. Also,the album won Grammy Award for Best Latin Urban Album on 2009. [2] [3] [4]
Los Extraterrestres debuted at number 14 on Billboard 200 with selling over 53,000 copies. The album sold over 430,000 copies making it the top selling Latin album of United States of 2008 and more than 1.5 million copies worldwide making it one of the best selling reggaeton albums of all time. Jason Birchmeier of Allmusic gave the album four stars out of five,calling it "good news for those who enjoy state-of-the-art reggaeton without any experimentation" and specifically mentioning that "the employment of first-rate producers Nesty,Tainy,El Nasi,and Monserrate and DJ Urba in the place of Wisin &Yandel's former beatmakers-in-chief,Luny Tunes,ensures the quality of the music." He summarized the review by saying that "the result is a new-yet-familiar album sure to please the duo's fan base,and likely grow it as well as the hits mount." [7]
The album entered the Billboard 200 at number 14,the fourth highest rank in reggaeton history,shared only by King of Kings (Don Omar) which peaked at number 7, El Cartel:The Big Boss (Daddy Yankee),which peaked at number 9,and Talento de Barrio (Daddy Yankee),which peaked at number 12. [8] It sold over 53,000 copies in the first week in the United States and It peaked at number 1 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart and at the year-end charts of 2008,this album ranked at number one. [9] [10] It has been certified 3×Platinum by the RIAA Latino. [11] During the 2008,the album sold 250,000 copies making it the second best Latin selling album in the United States of that year. The album was a commercial success in Latin America. In Mexico,it debuted at number 26 and was certified Gold for selling 40,000 copies. Also,it was certified Platinum in Colombia and Venezuela. By 2016,the album had sold 1.5 million copies. [5]

Wisin & Yandel was a Puerto Rican reggaeton duo consisting of Wisin and Yandel. They started their career in the late 1990s and have been together until 2022 when they announced their separation, winning several awards including a Grammy Award in 2009. They became the first and the only reggaeton artists to win one. In late 2013, they announced they would take a pause in their career as a duo, after their Líderes Tour. In a 2014 interview with People en Español, Yandel confirmed that the group would not be disbanding. In February 2018, following a five-year hiatus, the duo announced they would be reuniting, and are set to embark on a world tour, as well as release new music. They sold over 15 million records.
Reik is a Mexican pop rock band from Mexicali, Baja California, formed in 2003 by Jesús Alberto Navarro Rosas, Julio Ramírez Eguía, and Gilberto Marín Espinoza (guitar). The group's first five albums have been classified as Latin pop, but the group has since transitioned to a more urban-influenced sound since 2015. Reik has won a Latin Billboard Music Award, four Los Premios MTV Latinoamérica awards, and a Latin Grammy.

La Revolución is the sixth studio album, and the ninth album overall, by Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Wisin & Yandel. It was released on May 26, 2009 by Machete Music and WY Records. The album features collaborations with rapper 50 Cent, Ivy Queen, Yaviah, Ednita Nazario and Yomo. The album became a success in the United States and a bigger hit in Latin America. Marco Efraín Masís Fernández, known professionally as Tainy, is a Puerto Rican record producer, songwriter and record engineer. Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, he entered the world of reggaeton with his work on Mas Flow 2.
Austin Agustín Santos, better known by his stage name Arcángel, is an American rapper and singer. He is often described as one of the most influential artists in the Latin urban genre, as well in Latin music overall, and one of the pioneers of Latin trap music. Around 2002, he became interested in becoming a performer of reggaeton. While living in Puerto Rico, he met fellow singer De la Ghetto, where they eventually formed a popular then-underground reggaeton duo, Arcángel & De la Ghetto.

Te Quiero, also known as Te Quiero: Romantic Style In Da World, is the debut album by Panamian singer-songwriter Flex. It was released in late September 21, 2007 in Mexico and Panama and three months later on December 4, 2007 in United States, peaking at number-one in those three countries.
