The legislative districts of Zambales are the representations of the province of Zambales and the highly urbanized city of Olongapo in the various national legislatures of the Philippines. The province and the city are currently represented in the lower house of the Congress of the Philippines through their first and second congressional districts.
Batangas's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the western Batangas municipalities of Balayan, Calatagan, Lemery, Lian, Nasugbu, Taal and Tuy and the component city of Calaca. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Eric Buhain of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Laguna's 1st congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Laguna, formerly La Laguna. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district currently consists of the northwestern city of San Pedro. It also encompassed the western Laguna municipalities of Alaminos, Bay, Cabuyao, Calamba, Calauan, Los Baños, Pila, San Pablo, and Victoria until 1972; Biñan until 2016; and Santa Rosa until 2022. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Ann Matibag of Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1916 and earlier in the Philippine Assembly from 1907 to 1916. The district consists of the southern Batangas municipalities of Bauan, Lobo, Mabini, San Luis, San Pascual and Tingloy. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Gerville Luistro of Lakas-CMD.
Batangas's 4th congressional district is one of the six congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Batangas. It has been represented in the House of Representatives of the Philippines since 1987. The district consists of the eastern Batangas municipalities of Ibaan, Padre Garcia, Rosario, San Jose, San Juan, and Taysan. The city of Lipa was also part of this district until it was granted its own representation as the sixth district effective 2016. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Lianda B. Bolilia of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
Zambales's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Zambales. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital Iba and the rest of the municipalities north of the Subic Bay region, namely Botolan, Cabangan, Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, San Antonio, San Felipe, San Narciso and Santa Cruz. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Doris E. Maniquiz of the Sulong Zambales Party (SZP) and Lakas–CMD.
Bataan's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bataan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of municipalities in northeastern Bataan, namely Abucay, Hermosa, Orani and Samal. The northern municipalities of Dinalupihan and Morong were once part of the district until these were reassigned to the third district effective 2022. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Geraldine Roman of the Lakas–CMD.
Bataan's 2nd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Bataan. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital Balanga and adjacent eastern Bataan municipalities of Limay, Orion and Pilar. The southwestern municipalities of Bagac and Mariveles were once part of the district until these were reassigned to the third district effective 2022. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Albert Garcia of the National Unity Party (NUP).
Nueva Ecija's 3rd congressional district is one of the four congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Nueva Ecija. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital city Palayan, its largest city Cabanatuan, and adjacent municipalities, namely Bongabon, Gabaldon, General Mamerto Natividad, Laur and Santa Rosa bordering Aurora. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Rosanna Vergara of the PDP–Laban.
Tarlac's 3rd congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Tarlac. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the southern Tarlac municipalities of Bamban, Capas, Concepcion and La Paz. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Noel N. Rivera of the Nationalist People's Coalition (NPC).
Quirino's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Quirino. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987 and earlier in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986.
Oriental Mindoro's 1st congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Oriental Mindoro. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the province's northern half composed of its capital city Calapan and the municipalities of Baco, Naujan, Pola, Puerto Galera, San Teodoro, Socorro and Victoria. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Arnan C. Panaligan of the Lakas–CMD.
Oriental Mindoro's 2nd congressional district is one of the two congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Oriental Mindoro. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the province's southern half composed of the municipalities of Bansud, Bongabong, Bulalacao, Gloria, Mansalay, Pinamalayan and Roxas facing the province of Batangas and Visayas region. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Alfonso Umali Jr. of the Liberal Party (LP).

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital city of Dipolog and adjacent municipalities of Jose Dalman, Katipunan, Manukan, President Manuel A. Roxas, Siayan and Sindangan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Glona Labadlabad of Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the eastern half of the province consisting of the city of Gingoog and the municipalities of Balingasag, Balingoan, Binuangan, Kinoguitan, Lagonglong, Magsaysay, Medina, Salay, Sugbongcogon and Talisayan. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Christian Unabia of the Lakas–CMD.

It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district encompasses the western half of the province consisting of the city of El Salvador and the municipalities of Alubijid, Claveria, Gitagum, Initao, Jasaan, Laguindingan, Libertad, Lugait, Manticao, Naawan, Opol, Tagoloan and Villanueva. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district consists of the provincial capital city of Tandag and the northern municipalities of Bayabas, Cagwait, Cantilan, Carmen, Carrascal, Cortes, Lanuza, Lianga, Madrid, Marihatag, San Agustin, San Miguel and Tago. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Romeo S. Momo, Sr.
Agusan del Norte's 1st congressional district is a congressional district for the House of Representatives of the Philippines in the province of Agusan del Norte. It is one of only two districts in the province in existence since 1987. The district covers the independent city of Butuan and its neighbor, the municipality of Las Nieves. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Lawrence Fortun of the Nacionalista Party (NP).
