Zarraga, officially the Municipality of Zarraga (Hiligaynon : Banwa sang Zarraga, Kinaray-a : Banwa kang Zarraga, Tagalog : Bayan ng Zarraga), is a 4th class municipality in the province of Iloilo , Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 27,305 people. [3]
Zarraga is 16 kilometres (9.9 mi) north from Iloilo City.
Zarraga is politically subdivided into 24 barangays. [5] Each barangay consists of puroks and some have sitios.
