Zopfia rhizophila is a plant pathogen that causes Zopfia root rot in asparagus. [1] [2]

Raffinose is a trisaccharide composed of galactose, glucose, and fructose. It can be found in beans, cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, asparagus, other vegetables, and whole grains. Asparagusic acid is an organosulfur compound with the molecular formula C4H6O2S2 and systematically named 1,2-dithiolane-4-carboxylic acid.
