Nikka Zaildar 2 is a 2017 Punjabi romantic comedy film directed by Simerjit Singh, written by Jagdeep Sidhu and starring Ammy Virk, Sonam Bajwa, and Wamiqa Gabbi as the main lead roles and the film was released worldwide on 22 September 2017. It is second installment of Nikka Zaildar and is not a sequel to 2016 film Nikka Zaildar.

Qismat (transl. Destiny) is a 2018 Punjabi romantic drama film written and directed by Jagdeep Sidhu. Produced by Shri Narotam Ji Productions, the film stars Ammy Virk and Sargun Mehta in lead roles along with Guggu Gill, Tania and Harby Sangha in supporting roles. It was titled after a 2017 song of the same name, sung by Virk and starring Mehta in its music video. The film follows a man who falls in love whilst studying in Chandigarh, despite his marriage being arranged to another woman. It marked feature film debut for Tania.

The film is third instalment of Nikka Zaildar film series. Co-produced by Viacom18 Studios and Patiala Motion Pictures, it stars Ammy Virk, Wamiqa Gabbi, Sonia Kour, and Nirmal Rishi in lead roles. The film chronicles the story of Nikka whose father's soul enters his body following his death. It also stars Sardar Sohi, Hardeep Gill, Baninder Bunny, Gurmeet Saajan, and Jagdeep Randhawa in supporting roles. The film was released on 20 September 2019.The film received negative reviews from critics.

<i>Puaada</i> 2021 Panjabi romantic comedy film

Puaada (transl. Problem) is a 2021 Indian Punjabi-language romantic comedy produced by A&A Pictures and Brat Films, directed by debutant director Rupinder Chahal, starring Ammy Virk and Sonam Bajwa in lead roles. The film follows the love story of a Punjabi village boy, running a dairy farm who is in a relationship with Raunak, an air force officer's daughter and the comedy of errors and confusion that happens the day their match is to be arranged. It was scheduled to be released on 2 April 2021, but due to the second wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, the release date was postponed. The film finally released theatrically on 12 August 2021 to coincide with Independence day week in India.

Anita Devgan is an Indian film and television actress, who is known for her work in the Punjabi film industry. Her most well-known works are the films Jatt & Juliet, Ronde Sare Vyah Picho, Angrej, Bambukat, Rabb Da Radio, Golak Bugni Bank Te Batua, Mr. & Mrs. 420 Returns, Puaada, and Ni Main Sass Kuttni.

Kamaldeep Singh Dhaliwal, commonly known as Hobby Dhaliwal is an Indian film actor, singer, and politician. He is known for his works in Punjabi and Hindi films. Dhaliwal began his career by debut movie Burrraahh in 2012. The films Angrej (2015), Lahoriye (2017), Jora 10 Numbaria (2017), and Ardaas Karaan (2019) are among his best known works.
