The Shire of Maldon was a local government area about 140 kilometres (87 mi) northwest of Melbourne, the state capital of Victoria, Australia, and 35 kilometres (22 mi) southwest of the regional city of Bendigo. The shire covered an area of 549 square kilometres (212.0 sq mi), and existed from 1858 until 1995.

Woodbrook Golf Club

Woodbrook Golf Club is a golf club located in Shankill, Dublin, Ireland. It was established as a private club in 1921 by Sir Stanley Cochrane. Woodbook was first affiliated to the Golfing Union of Ireland (GUI) in 1926. Sir Stanley had previously indulged his enthusiasm for cricket at Woodbrook, a fact that is still reflected in the pavilion style clubhouse and the cricket bell which tolled the start and finish of play and now hangs in the bar.

Woodbrook is an unincorporated community in New Castle County, Delaware, United States.

The Carroll's International was a professional golf tournament played in the Republic of Ireland from 1963 to 1974. It was part of the British PGA tournament circuit, which evolved into the European Tour, and as such is recognised as an official European Tour event from 1972.

Woodbrook Cricket Club Ground was a cricket ground in Bray, Ireland. It was owned and built by Sir Stanley Cochrane, 1st Baronet as the home ground of Woodbrook Cricket Club. The first recorded match on the ground was in 1907, when Ireland played Yorkshire in a first-class match. Further first-class matches were held on the ground in 1909 when SH Cochrane's XI played the touring Australians, there were three further in 1912 when Woodbrook Club and Ground played the touring South Africans, Ireland played the same opposition, and C.B. Fry's XI played the touring Australians. This was the last recorded match on the ground.

Irish Hospitals Tournament

The Irish Hospitals Tournament was a professional golf tournament played from 1958 to 1962. Total prize money was £5000 from 1958 to 1960 and £5,555 in 1961 and 1962. It was sponsored by the Irish Hospitals' Sweepstake. In 1963 it was succeeded by the Carroll Sweet Afton Tournament which later became the Carroll's International.

Woodbrook, Port of Spain District in Saint George County, Trinidad and Tobago

The large Woodbrook district, west of Downtown, Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, was formerly a sugar estate owned by the Siegert family of Angostura bitters fame. The estate was sold to the Town Board in 1911 and developed into a residential neighbourhood, with many of the north–south streets named for the Siegert siblings, some of whom were Carlos, Luis, Petra and Alfredo.
