The Men's 4×100 Medley Relay at the 10th FINA World Swimming Championships (25m) was swum on 19 December 2010 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. 21 nations swam in the Preliminary heats in the morning, [1] from which the top-8 finishers advanced to the Final that evening. [2]

The USA won the event in a Championship Record 3:20.99, ahead of Russia at 3:21.61. Stanislav Donets lead-off the Russia relay with a 48.95, a new Championship Record for the 100 backstroke and within one-hundredth-of-a-second of the World Record. At the 100, Russia was in first place with the USA second. On the second leg (breaststroke), the USA's Alexandrov swam a 56.52, which caught-up the Russia's Lakhtyukhov, so that at the 200, the USA trailed Russia 1:46.40 to 1:46.22. During the third leg (butterfly), the USA's Lochte pulled ahead of Russia's Korotyshkin, giving the USA a slim lead over Russia, 2:35.57 to 2:35.61. For the final leg (freestyle), the USA extended its lead.

He is the Americas record holder in the short course 50 meter breaststroke, 100 meter breaststroke, and 200 meter breaststroke as well as the American record holder in the long course 50 meter breaststroke. In the 50 meter breaststroke, he won the World Short Course titles in 2021 and 2022 and World Long Course title in 2022. In the 100 meter breaststroke, he is the 2022 World Short Course gold medalist. In the 200 meter breaststroke, he is the 2021 World Short Course gold medalist.

Abbigail "Abbey" Weitzeil is an American competition swimmer specializing in sprint freestyle. A multiple time Olympic medalist, she won a gold medal in the 4x100-meter medley relay for swimming in the preliminary heats and a silver medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay at the 2016 Rio Olympics. At the 2020 Summer Olympics she won a silver medal in the 4x100-meter medley relay and a bronze medal in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay, swimming in the final of both events. She is the American record holder in the 50-yard freestyle and is part of the American Record in the 4x100-meter freestyle relay.

Evgeny Mikhailovich Rylov is a Russian competitive swimmer and Olympic champion specializing in backstroke events. Youssef Ramadan is an Egyptian swimmer. He is an African record holder in the short course 4×50 metre medley relay and 4×100 metre medley relay, where he swam butterfly leg on both relays. He competed at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the 100 metre butterfly, placing sixteenth in the semifinals. At the 2021 World Short Course Championships, he placed fourth in the 100 metre butterfly and thirteenth in the 100 metre freestyle. At the 2022 World Short Course Championships, he placed eighth in the final of the 100 metre butterfly and tenth in the semifinals of the 100 metre freestyle and the 50 metre butterfly. Trenton Jeffrey Julian is an American competitive swimmer. He is a world record holder in the short course 4×200 meter freestyle relay and 4×100 meter medley relay. He won a gold medal in the 4×200 meter freestyle relay at the 2019 World University Games. He followed up with gold medals in the 4×200 meter freestyle relay at the 2021 World Short Course Championships, 2022 World Aquatic Championships, and 2022 World Short Course Championships. In the 4×100 meter medley relay, he won a world title and gold medal at the 2022 World Short Course Championships, swimming butterfly on each the prelims and finals relay.

Flynn Southam is an Australian swimmer. At the 2022 Junior Pan Pacific Championships, he won gold medals in the 50 metre freestyle, 100 metre freestyle, and 200 metre freestyle. In the 4×100 metre freestyle relay, he won a gold medal at the 2022 Commonwealth Games as well as silver medals at the 2022 Junior Pan Pacific Championships and the 2022 World Short Course Championships, swimming on the finals relay at each competition. In the 4×200 metre freestyle relay, he won gold medals as a finals relay member at the 2022 Commonwealth Games and 2022 Junior Pan Pacific Championships, and a silver medal at the 2022 World Short Course Championships.
