The 2011 European Juveniles Baseball Championship was an under-12 international baseball competition held in Brest, Belarus from June 28 to July 2, 2011. It featured teams from Austria, Belarus, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Russia and Ukraine. [1]

Belarus, officially the Republic of Belarus, is a landlocked country in Eastern Europe. It is bordered by Russia to the east and northeast, Ukraine to the south, Poland to the west, and Lithuania and Latvia to the northwest. Covering an area of 207,600 square kilometres (80,200 sq mi) and with a population of 9.4 million, Belarus is the thirteenth-largest and the twentieth-most populous country in Europe. The country is administratively divided into seven regions, and is one of the world's most urbanized, with over 40% of its total land area forested. Minsk is the country's capital and largest city.

The national flag of Belarus is a red-and-green flag with a white-and-red ornament pattern placed at the hoist (staff) end. Changes made to the Soviet-era flag were the removal of communist symbols – the hammer and sickle and the red star – as well as the reversal of the colours in the ornament pattern. It featured 14 teams, competing in two groups of 6 and 8 teams in early July 2019. The two group winners, Team Israel and Team Lithuania, faced off in the 2019 European Baseball Playoff Series for the last qualifying spot for the 2019 European Baseball Championship, with Team Israel prevailing.
