They finished the season with a record of 91-71 after losing to the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2018 National League West tie-breaker game and subsequently opened the postseason by defeating the Chicago Cubs in the Wild Card Game. Their season ended when they were swept by the Milwaukee Brewers in the Division Series.
