The 2013 UEFA Regions' Cup is the 8th edition of the UEFA Regions' Cup.
The 8 teams in the preliminary round have been drawn into two group of four, with the following countries hosting each group's matches:
Matches in the preliminary round were played between 30 August and 13 September 2012. The two group winners and the best runners-up advance to the intermediary round (only the results of the runners-up against the winners and third-ranked team in each group are taken into account).

The UEFA Regions' Cup is a football competition for amateur teams in Europe, run by UEFA. It was held for the first time in 1999 and has been played biennially since. The 2019 champions are the Lower Silesia team from Poland.
Qualifying for UEFA Women's Euro 2009 determined which 11 teams joined Finland, the hosts of the 2009 tournament, to play for the UEFA Women's Championship.
The 2010 VIVA World Cup was the fourth VIVA World Cup, an international tournament for football open to non-FIFA-affiliated teams, played in Gozo. A record six men's teams competed in the tournament, including the two-time defending champions Padania.
The qualifying rounds for the 2008–09 UEFA Champions League began on 15 July 2008. In total, there were three qualifying rounds which provided 16 clubs to join the group stages.
2010 UEFA European Under-17 Football Championship was the first round of qualifications for the Final Tournament of UEFA U-17 Championship 2010. Of the 52 countries contesting in the qualifying round, 28 would advance to the elite round.
