The 2021 Antalya Open is a men's tennis tournament played on hard courts. It is the 4th edition of the event, and part of the ATP Tour 250 series of the 2021 ATP Tour. It takes place in Antalya, Turkey, from January 7 to 13.

Hubert Hurkacz defeated Jannik Sinner in the final, 7–6(7–4), 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Miami Open. Hurkacz claimed his first Masters 1000 singles championship and became the first Pole to win a Masters 1000 singles title.

Alex de Minaur defeated Lorenzo Sonego in the final, 4–6, 6–4, 7–6(7–5), to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2021 Eastbourne International. It was De Minaur's fifth career ATP Tour singles title and his first on grass. Sonego was contesting in his second grass final to win his third career title.

Nick Kyrgios was the reigning champion from when the tournament was last held in 2019, but lost in the first round to Mackenzie McDonald.

Jannik Sinner was the defending champion and successfully defended his title, defeating Gaël Monfils in the final, 6–3, 6–4.

Tommy Paul defeated the defending champion, Denis Shapovalov, in the final, 6–4, 2–6, 6–4, to win the singles title at the 2021 Stockholm Open. This was Paul's first ATP Tour title.

Aslan Karatsev defeated Andy Murray in the final, 6–3, 6–3 to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Sydney Tennis Classic. This was Murray's first ATP final since he won the 2019 European Open.

Roberto Bautista Agut defeated the defending champion Nikoloz Basilashvili in a rematch of the previous year's final, 6–3, 6–4 to win the singles title at the 2022 Qatar Open.

David Goffin defeated Alex Molčan in the final, 3–6, 6–3, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Grand Prix Hassan II. It was Goffin's sixth ATP singles title.

Carlos Alcaraz defeated Pablo Carreño Busta in the final, 6–3, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Barcelona Open. Alcaraz saved two match points in his semifinal match against Alex de Minaur. With the win, Alcaraz entered the top 10 in rankings for the first time in his career, becoming the youngest man to do so since Rafael Nadal in 2005.

Cameron Norrie defeated Alex Molčan in the final, 6–3, 6–7(3–7), 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 ATP Lyon Open. Norrie became the first Briton to win a clay court title on the ATP Tour since 2016.

Matteo Berrettini defeated Andy Murray in the final, 6–4, 5–7, 6–3 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Stuttgart Open.

Borna Ćorić defeated Stefanos Tsitsipas in the final, 7–6(7–0), 6–2 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2022 Cincinnati Masters. It was his first Masters 1000 title, and his first title overall since 2018, in Halle. Ranked No. 152 in the world and using a protected ranking for entry, Ćorić became the lowest ranked player to win a Masters 1000 event. He defeated five seeded players en route the title.

Roberto Bautista Agut defeated Filip Misolic in the final, 6–2, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Generali Open Kitzbühel.
