Two-time defending champion Barbora Krejčíková and her partner, Rajeev Ram, defeated Samantha Stosur and Matthew Ebden in the final, 6–1, 6–4, to win the Mixed Doubles tennis title at the 2021 Australian Open. This was the second major mixed doubles title Krejčíková and Ram won together as a team after they won their first at the 2019 Australian Open. The pair saved a match point in their second round match against Ena Shibahara and Ben McLachlan en route to the title.

Neal Skupski and Desirae Krawczyk defeated Joe Salisbury and Harriet Dart in the final, 6–2, 7–6(7–1), to win the Mixed Doubles title at the 2021 Wimbledon Championships. It was Krawczyk's second consecutive major title in mixed doubles, following her success at the French Open.
