Adedamola Oyinlola Adefolahan, who is known professionally as Fireboy DML, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He is signed to YBNL Nation, a record label founded by rapper Olamide. His debut studio album, Laughter, Tears and Goosebumps, was released in 2019. He won Listener's Choice and was nominated for Song of the Year for "Jealous" at the 2020 Soundcity MVP Awards Festival.

ThankGod Omori Jesam known professionally as TG Omori or Boy Director, is a Nigerian music video director and cinematographer. TG Omori has directed music videos for recording artists across various genres of new generation, includes Olamide, Wizkid, Burna Boy, Tekno, Kizz Daniel, Fireboy DML, Falz, Timaya, Naira Marley, Asake and many others.

<i>Empress</i> (album) 2020 studio album by Yemi Alade

Empress is the fifth studio album by Yemi Alade. It was released through her label Effyzzie Music Group on 20 November 2020. It features guest appearances from French singers Dadju and Vegedream; her colleagues from Nigeria, Patoranking and Rudeboy; British Grammy-winning singer Estelle; and Mzansi Youth Choir from South Africa. It is an afrobeat record with 15 tracks that incorporates elements of gospel music, couple decale, soul, pop, dancehall and highlife; all afro.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Bella Shmurda</span> Nigerian singer

Abiola Ahmed Akinbiyi, known professionally as Bella Shmurda, is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. He rose to prominence in 2019 with the release of the song "Vision 2020", and a follow-up remix which featured Olamide. He is also the leader of Dangbana Republik; a collective of creatives in Lagos providing community and humanitarian contributions.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">JaySynths</span> Nigerian record producer

Chisom Obinna Onyeke, known professionally as JaySynths, is a Nigerian record producer and sound engineer best known for producing Teni's hit single "Case" in 2018. He is the originating record producer of Ojapiano and the first record producer to produce it, a fusion of the Igbo people’s Ọjà and South African sub genre of house music Amapiano, taking its name from Ọjà and Piano, he is also the producer behind the soundtracks of 2023 Netflix number 1 movie, Shanty Town.

<i>Roots</i> (The Cavemen album) 2020 album by The Cavemen

Roots is the debut studio album by Nigerian highlife band The Cavemen. It was written, vocalised and produced by the duo, with fellow Nigerian singer Lady Donli serving as the executive producer and released under Freeme Music, a Nigerian indigenous record label. It was released on 21 August 2020.

<i>Flavour of Africa</i> 2020 studio album by Flavour

Flavour of Africa is the seventh studio album of Nigerian singer Flavour. It was released on December 4 2020.

Akinbi Bamidele Brett, known professionally as Cheque, is a Nigerian rapper and singer. He rose to mainstream fame for his 2020 single "Zoom". In 2021, he won an award for Best Duo African HipHop at the All Africa Music Awards alongside Fireboy DML. He is currently signed to Phyno's Penthauze imprint.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">CKay discography</span> Musician discography

Nigerian Afrobeats singer CKay has released one studio album, three EPs, eleven singles, and one promotional single. CKay started his music career with Loopy Music, as a record producer. Following the merger between Loopy Music and Chocolate City, he automatically joined Chocolate City roaster. His production credits include M.I Abaga's "Your Father", Koker's "Give Them", Yung6ix's "Everything Gucci", Dotman's "Tonight", and Bisola's "Controlla". He is currently signed to Warner Music Africa, and Atlantic Records.

Big Girl is the second studio album by Nigerian R&B singer Seyi Shay. It was released on 10 December 2021, by Stargurl Limited. It was produced by Bruno Spiritual-Vibes, Kel-P, Dr. Amir, and GuiltyBeatz. The album was executive produced by Stargurl Limited, and Jones Worldwide, alongside co-executive producer Kel-P.

Daniel Etiese Benson, known professionally as Bnxn and formerly known as Buju, is a Nigerian Afro-fusion singer, songwriter and record producer.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Qdot</span> Nigerian

Qudus Fakoya Oluwadamilare, popularly known as Qdot, is a Nigerian musician and a songwriter. He is known for his songs "Gbese", "Alomo meta" and "Emilokan". He is the CEO of Yoruba Boi Music record label and the winner of the 2019 Best Indigenous Artiste Award.

Motolani Olusegun Alake, known professionally as Motolani Alake, is a Nigerian lawyer, music executive, entrepreneur, public speaker, podcast host, and TV host, who has also been a pop culture commentator, and journalist. He was the Editor-In-Chief at Pulse Nigeria from March 2022 to December 2022. He currently serves as the chart manager for Nigeria's TurnTable Top Afro-Pop Songs chart. Alake was recruited by the African Union to join All Africa Music Awards as one of its juries for West Africa in 2022.
