The 2022 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders baseball team represented the Middle Tennessee State University in the sport of baseball for the 2022 college baseball season. The Blue Raiders competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and in Conference USA. They played their home games at Reese Smith Jr. Field in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The team was coached by Jim Toman, who was in his fourth season with the Blue Raiders.

The season began on September 1 with Charlotte facing Louisville. This season was the second season for the C-USA under realignment that took place in 2014, which added the 14th member Charlotte from the Atlantic 10 Conference. The 2019 Middle Tennessee Blue Raiders football team represented Middle Tennessee State University as a member of the East Division of Conference USA (C-USA) during the 2019 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The 2022 Florida Atlantic Owls baseball team represented Florida Atlantic University in the sport of baseball for the 2022 college baseball season. The Owls competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and Conference USA. They played their home games at FAU Baseball Stadium, on the university's Boca Raton campus. The team was coached by John McCormack, who was in his fourteenth season at Florida Atlantic.

The 2022 LSU Tigers baseball team represented Louisiana State University in the 2022 NCAA Division I baseball season. The Tigers played their home games at Alex Box Stadium.

Love Field at Pat Patterson Park, on the university's Ruston campus. The team was coached by Lane Burroughs, who was in his sixth season with the Bulldogs.

The 2022 UTSA Roadrunners baseball team represented the University of Texas at San Antonio in the sport of baseball for the 2022 college baseball season. The Roadrunners competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and in Conference USA. They played their home games at Roadrunner Field in San Antonio, Texas. The team was coached by Patrick Hallmark, who was in his third season with the Roadrunners.

The 2022 Old Dominion Monarchs baseball team represented Old Dominion University in the sport of baseball for the 2022 college baseball season. The Monarchs competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and in Conference USA East Division. They played their home games at Bud Metheny Baseball Complex, on the university's Norfolk campus. The team was coached by Chris Finwood, who was in his eleventh season with the Monarchs.

The 2022 Charlotte 49ers baseball team represented the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in the sport of baseball for the 2022 college baseball season. The 49ers competed in Division I of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) and in Conference USA. They played their home games at Robert and Mariam Hayes Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The team was coached by Robert Woodard, who was in his third season with the 49ers.
