The Cabinet of Kuwait is the chief executive body of the State of Kuwait. The following cabinet is the 37th in the history of Kuwait, after the previous cabinet resigned on 6 December 2020. On 8 December 2020, Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah assigned Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister. The Amir has also assigned the Prime Minister to refer the cabinet line-up for their appointment. On 14 December, the Prime Minister formed the new cabinet and the Amir issued a decree on the formation of the government. The new cabinet includes seven newcomers, three former ministers and six member including the premier himself from the previous cabinet. On 12 January 2021, the Ministers of the Cabinet tendered in their resignations to the Prime Minister. On 13 January 2021, the Prime Minister submitted the government's resignation to the Amir. On 18 January 2021, the Amir accepted the resignation of the Prime Minister and his government. The cabinet will be proceeding in a care taking manner until the formation of the new cabinet.

On 23 November 2021, Amir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah assigned His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister. The Amir has also assigned the Prime Minister to refer the cabinet line-up for their appointment. On 28 December 2021, the new cabinet line up was announced after the Amir approved in an Amiri order. On 17 February 2022, Amir of Kuwait accepted the resignations of the Minister of Defense & Minister of Interior. On 9 March 2022, an Amiri Decree has been issued appointing the interior minister and defense minister. On 22 March 2022, cabinet reshuffle took place, with the 3 existing minister being reassigned portfolios. On 5 April 2022, the Prime Minister tendered a letter of governmental resignation to the Crown Prince. On 10 May 2022, the Emir accepted the government resignation. Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah is a Kuwaiti politician and military officer who served as the Prime Minister of Kuwait from 24 July 2022 until his resignation on 20 December 2023. He is the eldest son of Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, the former Emir of Kuwait.

The Cabinet of Kuwait is the chief executive body of the State of Kuwait. The 42nd cabinet in the history of Kuwait was appointed on 16 October 2022. On 5 October 2022, Amir of Kuwait His Highness Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah assigned His Highness Sheikh Ahmad Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah as Prime Minister to assign what was, the 41st Cabinet of Kuwait. But due to strong backlash from MPs and citizens about some of the recurring ministers returning, on 6 October 2022, the Prime Minister tendered a letter of governmental resignation to the Crown Prince a day after its formation, making it the shortest-lived government in Kuwaiti history. The Prime Minister has launched consultations with the members of The National Assembly aimed at advancing consensus on forming the new government. Some MPs called this step a heroic action and that this shows that the Prime Minister is "a man of the country and the ally of the people". On 16 October 2022, 16 days after the formation of the 41st cabinet, the 42nd cabinet was announced to the public. On 23 January 2023, the cabinet tendered a letter of resignation to the Crown Prince which was accepted on 26 January 2023. The government will function as care-taker until the formation of the new government.

The Amir has also assigned the Prime Minister to refer the cabinet line-up for their appointment. On 17 January 2024, the new cabinet line up was announced after the Amir approved in an Amiri order. On 6 April 2024, Prime Minister submits cabinet resignation to Kuwait Amir according to Article 57 of the constitution. On 7 April 2024, Kuwait Amir accepts government resignations, instructs it to act as caretaker. The government will function as care-taker until the formation of the new government.
