5 March - Nation Alliance member Meral Akşener left the alliance in response to the selection of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu as the presidential candidate. However, a day later, she abandoned this decision and accepted Kılıçdaroğlu's candidacy.[16]
7 March - The Nation Alliance, which was established by the alliance of six political parties, publicly known as the Table of Six, announced CHP leader Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu as its presidential candidate in the upcoming election.[17]
