The 2024 Asian Wushu Championships were the 10th edition of the Asian Wushu Championships. It was held at the Tap Seac Multi-sports Pavilion in Macau from September 12 to 15, 2024. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]
The 10th edition of the championships were originally scheduled to be held in 2020 in New Delhi, India, but the competition was cancelled as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2008 Beijing Wushu Tournament was a wushu competition which was held from August 21 to 24, 2008 at the Olympic Sports Center Gymnasium in Beijing, China. The tournament was organised by the Beijing Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games (BOCOG), the International Wushu Federation (IWUF), and the Chinese Wushu Association (CWA), and was held in tandem with the 2008 Summer Olympics.
Muslim Magomedovich Salikhov is a Russian professional mixed martial artist and Sanda fighter. He currently competes in the Welterweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). A multiple-time Wushu Sanda world champion, Salikhov occupies a place alongside Hossein Ojaghi as one of only two non-Chinese athletes to have won the Wushu Sanda King's Cup.
Dương Thúy Vi is a wushu taolu athlete from Vietnam. She is one of the most renowned wushu athletes of all time, having won numerous medals at the World Wushu Championships, Asian Games, Southeast Asian Games, and the Asian Wushu Championships.
Zahra Kiani is a wushu taolu athlete from Iran. She is a four-time world junior champion and a silver medalist at the Asian Games.
Huang Junhua is a professional wushu taolu athlete from Macau. He is a two-time world champion and the second ever gold medallist for Macau at the Asian Games.
Jia Rui, is a retired professional wushu taolu athlete from Macau. He was one of the most dominant wushu taolu athletes of the 2000s and the early 2010s, and won the first gold medal for Macau at the Asian Games.
Juanita Mok is a taijiquan athlete from Hong Kong. She won silver medals in women's taijiquan and taijijian combined at the 2018 Asian Games and in taijijian at the 2019 World Wushu Championships. She is also a double gold medalist at the World Junior Wushu Championships.
Lee Yong-hyun is a Wushu taolu athlete from South Korea.
Tomohiro Araya is a taijiquan athlete from Japan.
He Jianxin is a professional wushu taolu athlete from Hong Kong.
Nguyễn Thị Mỹ Đức is a former wushu taolu athlete from Vietnam. She was a triple medalist at the World Wushu Championships, triple medalist at the Asian Wushu Championships, and an eight-time medalist at the Southeast Asian Games. She also won the bronze medal in women's changquan at the 2002 Asian Games. She retired in 2007 and became a coach.
