On 23 January, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the signing of Daniel Romanovskij to a two-year contract, from FA Šiauliai. [1]
On 24 January, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the signing of Oscar Santis to a two-year contract, with an option of an additional year, from Antigua. [2]
On 30 January, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the signing of Dominique Simon to a two-year contract, from Paide Linnameeskond. [3]
On 31 January, Saba Khvadagiani left the club to sign for Maccabi Netanya. [4]
On 4 February, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the departure of Luka Latsabidze to Shakhtar Donetsk. [5]
On 10 February, Dinamo Tbilisi announced that Davit Skhirtladze had joined Kocaelispor on loan until the summer transfer window. [6] Later the same day Dinamo Tbilisi announced that several plays on trial had left the club and that Nikoloz Mali had joined Dinamo Batumi. [7]

On 12 February, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the signing of free-agent Joshua Akpudje to a two-year contract, with the option of a third, and the signing of Sunday Haruna to a two-year contract, with the option of another two, from AS Trenčín. [9]
On 24 March, Dinamo Tbilisi announced the signing of Vasilios Gordeziani from PAOK on a contract until the end of 2026. [10]
