Managerial changes

On February 5, Mano Menezes was fired after recurring poor performances and a four-match losing streak at the Campeonato Paulista. The club's assistant coach Thiago Kosloski was announced as the caretaker for their next match against rivals Santos. [2]

On February 9, Portuguese manager António Oliveira was announced as Corinthians' new head coach after the club paid a R$1,040,000 transfer fee to hire him from Cuiabá and signed a one-year contract. [3] The club also decided to rescind Kosloski's contract. [4]
