388 Bridge Street is a 590-foot residential high-rise skyscraper in Downtown Brooklyn, within New York City. [2] It contains 378 market rate units, [3] mixed between 234 rentals and 144 condominiums. [4] The building was originally under construction as an all condominium tower before the 2000s real estate crash and subsequent Great Recession. Construction halted from 2008 to 2012 due to the recession, but resumed in 2013. [5]
When topped out in 2013, it was the tallest building in Brooklyn, [5] passing the four-year-old Brooklyner, until it, too, was passed by AVA DoBro. 388 Bridge Street is now the fourth-tallest in Brooklyn.

Both have 48 floors and are 500 ft (152m) tall. They are tied with each other for 16th tallest building in Jersey City. Construction on the towers began on June 25, 2006, and was completed in 2009 and 2010. The East Tower at 77 Hudson Street has 420 residences and 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) of street-level retail space. The building was designed by the architectural firm CetraRuddy.
The Brooklyner is a skyscraper at 111 Lawrence Street in Downtown Brooklyn, New York City. Built by the Clarett Group and designed by GKV Architects, with WSP Cantor Seinuk, and Langan Engineering, it became the tallest building in Brooklyn, surpassing the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower in 2010. Later, in 2014, the Brooklyner was surpassed by 388 Bridge Street for the tallest skyscraper in the borough.

A large building, it has 826 units over 57 floors. As part of the development, a new entrance to the Jay Street–MetroTech station of the New York City Subway was built, including an elevator.
Brickell Flatiron is a residential skyscraper in the Brickell district of Miami, Florida. Brickell Flatiron is 736 feet (224 m) tall, 64 stories, and has 527-units. The luxury condominium is named "flatiron" due to the triangular lot it is built on, similar to the Flatiron Building in New York City. The 736-foot-high tower is currently the tallest condominium south of New York City.
