Ağalıq (known as Beynəlmiləl until 1999) [1] is a village and the most populous municipality, except for the capital Dəvəçi, in the Davachi Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,446.[ citation needed ]

Framingham is a city in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in the United States. Incorporated in 1700, it is within Middlesex County and the MetroWest subregion of the Greater Boston metropolitan area. The Colonial Athletic Association Men's Basketball Tournament is the conference championship tournament in basketball for the Colonial Athletic Association. The tournament has been held every year since at least 1980; for the 1979-80 to 1984-85 seasons the conference was known as the ECAC South.
