Adolf Prokop (2 February 1939) was a football referee from East Germany. [1]

He is mostly known for supervising two matches in the FIFA World Cup, one in 1978 and one in 1982. He was also active at the 1976 Olympics, UEFA Euro 1984 and refereed the 1984 European Cup Winners' Cup Final.

The 1984–85 season of the European Cup club football tournament was overshadowed by the Heysel Stadium disaster that happened prior to the final match. That edition was won for the first time by Juventus in a 1–0 win against defending champions Liverpool. At sporting level, with this result they became the first club to have won all three major European trophies, as well a posteriori as the one that needed the shortest amount of time to complete this.

The 1983–84 season of the European Cup Winners' Cup was won by Juventus in a final against Porto. The next year, the club went on to complete a full complement of European trophies with the European Cup. Aberdeen were the defending champions, but were eliminated in the semi-finals by Porto.

Alexis Ponnet is a former Belgian football referee. Ponnet is best known for supervising two matches in the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain and one in the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico. He also refereed the European Cup final in 1987 between Porto and Bayern Munich. He also refereed two UEFA European Football Championship in 1984 and 1988.

Bo Jonas Hilding Karlsson is a former football referee from Sweden. He refereed one match at the 1992 European Championships and one match at the 1994 World Cup. He also refereed the 1991 European Cup Winners' Cup Final between Manchester United and Barcelona.

Bruno Galler is a retired football referee from Switzerland. He refereed one match in the 1982 FIFA World Cup in Spain. He also refereed the Cup Winners final on 9 May 1990, at Gothenborg, and the European Football Championship final on 26 June 1992, also at Gothenborg.

Vojtech Christov is a former Czechoslovak football referee. He is known for having refereed in two FIFA World Cups, one match in 1982 and one in 1986. He was assistant referee in the 1982 FIFA World Cup Final. He also refereed two matches in the 1984 UEFA European Football Championship in France, including the UEFA Euro 1984 Final and one match in the Olympic Football Tournament 1980 in Moscow. At club level, he refereed in the Czechoslovak First League between 1974 and 1992, taking charge of 198 matches during that period.

André Daina is a retired Swiss football referee. He is known for having refereed one match in the 1986 FIFA World Cup in Mexico.
