Andres Sutt (born 11 November 1967) [2] is an Estonian politician. He served as Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology in the cabinet of Prime Minister Kaja Kallas. [3] [4] He served as acting Minister of Foreign Affairs from June to July 2022. [5]
Sutt graduated cum laude from the University of Tartu in 1993 with a degree in economics and finance. [2] In 2008,he graduated from the Advanced Management Program from INSEAD,and in 2015 with a degree in Negotiations and Leadership from Harvard Law School. [2] [6]
From 1992 to 1993,Sutt was the Chief Specialist of Eesti Pank's Central Bank Policy Department. [2] From 1993 to 1996,the Deputy Head of the Banking Supervision Department,and from 1997 to 1999 Deputy Head of the Central Bank Policy Department. [2] From 1999 until 2001,he was the Adviser to the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) Nordic-Baltic Constituency and Member of the Board of Directors from 2009 until 2012.
Sutt was Senior Adviser to the Executive Director of the European Financial Stability Facility (EFSF) from 2012 to 2013 and Head of the Banking Division of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) from 2013 to 2016. [3] From 2017 to 2018,he worked as the Director of Regulatory Relations of Eesti Energia and as a member of the Management Board of the company. [7]
In his capacity as interim foreign minister,Sutt summoned the Russian ambassador to Estonia in June 2022 to condemn President Vladimir Putin's "completely unacceptable" praise for Peter the Great who captured Narva,a city that is now Estonian. [8]
He ran for the Riigikogu in the 2023 elections,received 3315 votes in constituency No 2 (Tallinn's Central City,Lasnamäe and Pirita districts) and was elected with a district mandate. [9] [10]
In 2008,Sutt was awarded the Order of the White Star,Class III. [7] [11]
Siim Kallas is a Soviet and Estonian politician,former Prime Minister of Estonia,and former European Commissioner,as well as a former member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. He served as the European Commissioner for Transport between 2010 and 2014. Before that he was the European Commissioner for Administrative Affairs,Audit and Anti-Fraud between 2004 and 2009. In both Barroso Commissions he was also a Vice-President. He was twice appointed the Acting Commissioner for Economic and Monetary Affairs and the Euro in Olli Rehn's stead,from 19 April 2014 to 25 May 2014 while he was on electoral campaign leave for the 2014 elections to the European Parliament and from 1 July 2014 to 16 July 2014 after he took up his seat.

Jüri Ratas is an Estonian politician who was the 18th prime minister of Estonia from 2016 to 2021. He was the Leader of the Centre Party from 2016 to 2023,and was the mayor of Tallinn from 2005 to 2007.

Together,officially known as the TOGETHER organization points to sovereignty,previously known as the Party of Estonian Patriots TOGETHER,is a Russian minority politics-oriented and pro-Russia political party in Estonia. The party states its main goal is to ensure peace in Estonia and harmony in relations between peoples. The party is led by Aivo Peterson and crypto businessman Oleg Ivanov,who ran on the list of the Estonian United Left Party for the 2023 parliamentary election. On 19 May 2023,Ivanov announced that he would be moving to Russia to lead the party from there out of fear of being detained by the Internal Security Service.
