Armagomphus armiger is a species of dragonfly of the family Gomphidae, [4] known as an armourtail. [5] It is the only known species of the monotypic genus Armagomphus . [5]
Armagomphus armiger is endemic to south-western Australia, where it inhabits streams and rivers. [6] [7] It is a small dragonfly with black and yellow markings. [5]
