Since their formation in 2008, Australian indie rock band Ball Park Music have released seven studio albums, two extended plays (EPs), two live albums and 25 singles. Their debut studio album, Happiness and Surrounding Suburbs , was released in 2011 after their first two EPs, and peaked at number 26 on the ARIA Albums Chart. It was followed the next year with Museum, which debuted at number nine. Their succeeding five studio albums have all debuted within the top five on the chart, with Weirder & Weirder being their most recent release in 2022. [1]

San Cisco is an Australian indie pop band that formed in 2009 under the original name of King George, in Fremantle, Western Australia. The band are a three-piece, and currently consists of Jordi Davieson, Josh Biondillo and Scarlett Stevens. Davieson and Biondillo share duties on keyboards. In November 2011, the band was signed by Albert Productions, but moved to Island Records for the release of its debut album. In October 2012, the band described its 'vibe' as "squelchy, crispy, streamlined, hairy, indie". At the ARIA Music Awards of 2013 the group were nominated for Best Independent Release and Best Dance Release for the album; and Best Video for "Fred Astaire", which was directed by Andrew Nowrojee.

Flight Facilities is an Australian electronic production duo that also performs as Hugo & Jimmy. In 2009, they began mixing songs by other artists before crafting their own original material. The duo consists of Hugo Gruzman and James Lyell. Their debut album Down to Earth was released in October 2014 and features prominent names in the industry such as Kylie Minogue, Emma Louise, Reggie Watts, Bishop Nehru, Christine Hoberg, Owl Eyes, and Stee Downes.

The song peaked at number 52 on the ARIA charts, and reached certified platinum status in Australia for selling 70,000 units. "Cherub" was considered a favourite to top the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2020, but polled at number four.

"Booster Seat" is a song by Australian indie rock band Spacey Jane from their debut studio album, Sunlight (2020). It was sent to commercial radio as the album's sixth single on 7 May 2021. The song peaked at number eight on the ARIA charts, and polled at number two in the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2020. It has reached certified triple platinum status, having sold over 210,000 units.

<i>Weirder & Weirder</i> 2022 album by Ball Park Music

Weirder & Weirder is the seventh studio album by Australian indie rock band Ball Park Music, released on 27 May 2022 through Prawn Records. It was preceded by three singles, including "Sunscreen" and "Stars in My Eyes" – the latter polled at number eight in the Triple J Hottest 100 of 2022. The band also embarked on a headline Australian tour in support of the album from June 2022, their first in three years. Weirder & Weirder peaked at number two on the ARIA Albums Chart and was nominated for several awards, including Best Independent Album and Best Rock Album at the 2022 ARIA Awards, winning Album of the Year at the 2023 Queensland Music Awards.
