Beijing Radio & Television Station (BRTV), formerly Beijing Media Network (BMN), is a government-owned television network in the People's Republic of China. It broadcasts from Beijing. The channel is available only in Chinese.

Beijing Media Network was founded on 16 May 1979. It covers China, Asia and North America. China Central Television was called Beijing Television from 1958 to 1978.

In May 2019, Xinjiang Television signed a strategic cooperation and technical assistance agreement with Huawei. So far, it is the only TV channel using the Turkic language based in a communist country.

Chongqing Broadcasting Group (CBG; is a government-owned television network based in the city of Chongqing in southwestern China. Established in 1981, Chongqing Television has been the leading broadcasting network in Chongqing and its affiliated counties and districts. After Chongqing became a direct-controlled municipality in 1997, Chongqing Television became the official TV program to represent and propagate the cultures and development of Chongqing. Chongqing Television became a subdivision of Chongqing Broadcasting Group in 2004 with a headquarter in Jiulongpo District. Its main channel, CTV is carried on cable systems in urban areas throughout mainland China and is available nationwide on both analogue and digital satellites.

Hunan Broadcasting System (HBS) formerly known as Golden Eagle Broadcasting System (GBS), is China's second biggest state-owned television network after China Central Television (CCTV). The television network is owned by the Hunan provincial government. The network is based in Changsha in Hunan and Xining in Qinghai. On 20 May 2009, the television network expanded its service to Hong Kong and North America.

The television industry in China includes high-tech program production, transmission and coverage. China Central Television is China's largest and most powerful national television station. By 1987, two-thirds of people in China had access to television, while today, over 3,000 channels are available in the country.

Shanghai Dragon Television or Dragon TV is a provincial satellite TV station. It launched in October 1998 as "Shanghai Television" but changed its name to Dragon Television on October 23, 2003. Currently, Dragon TV's signal covers most of China, including Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan and overseas in North America, Japan, Australia, Europe, Worldwide and other countries and regions landing. From September 28, 2009, the channel used standard high-definition broadcast.

Nanjing Education and Technology Channel is a television channel in Jiangsu Province, China, owned by Nanjing Broadcast and Television Corporation. It broadcasts numerous programs including Classic Theater which shows many hit TV series, and other programs like Rule of Law on the Spot and Dong Fang is on Line. China 3D TV Test Channel was a Chinese television channel which broadcast digital 3D television content from China Central Television, Beijing Television, Tianjin Television, Shanghai Media Group, Jiangsu Television and Shenzhen Media Group. It was launched on 1 January 2012 and was shut down on 30 July 2018, being replaced by CCTV-4K, a television channel which broadcasts 4K content solely from CCTV.

Alpha Group Co., Ltd. is a Chinese multinational conglomerate with animation, toy, mass media asset and entertainment company headquartered created by Cai Dongqing in 1993. In 2016, it changed name from Alpha Animation.
