Bhaitech Racing (sometimes stylised as BhaiTech Racing) was an Italian automotive research and development service provider and motorsport team. [1] [2]
Bhaitech made its racing debut in 2012, contesting the Italian GT Championship using a McLaren 12C GT3. [3] A year later, the team contested the International GT Open and clinched the GTS Teams' and Drivers' titles with Giorgio Pantano. [4] In 2014, BhaiTech competed in the Blancpain Sprint Series which saw them finish seventh in the Cup category of the Teams' Championship. [5]
After a year's sabbatical from motorsports, Bhaitech returned to racing in 2016, competing in the Italian F4 Championship, which saw them claim podium finishes with Richard Verschoor and Lorenzo Colombo. [6] A year later, the team clinched the teams' title and the rookie championship with Leonardo Lorandi while Colombo and Sebastian Fernandez claimed third and fourth in the 2017 championship respectively. [7] In 2018, the team claimed a second rookie championship title with Petr Ptáček, while Lorandi narrowly missed out on the title to Enzo Fittipaldi. [8] [9]
In November 2018, it was announced Bhaitech would expand into the Formula Renault Eurocup championship for 2019, reuniting with Ptáček and signing Italian F4 race winner Federico Malvestiti. [10] [11] [12] In January 2019, Bhaitech made their first driver signings with Umberto Laganella, Mikhail Belov, Nicola Marinangeli and Matteo Nannini joining the outfit for the Italian F4 Championship. Bhaitech also specialized in research and development in the automotive and motorsport fields. [17] In 2018, Bhaitech entered into a strategic partnership with Altran Italia. [18]

The 2017 Italian F4 Championship Powered by Abarth was the fourth season of the Italian F4 Championship. It began on 2 April at Misano and finished on 22 October at Autodromo Nazionale di Monza after seven triple header rounds.

Hauger's closest challenger Gianluca Petecof won four races, and Roman Staněk, Joshua Dürksen and Giorgio Carrara won one race each.

Petr Ptáček Jr. is a Czech racing driver who last competed for R-ace GP in the 2020 Formula Renault Eurocup. He was a member of the Sauber Junior Team in 2020.
Leonardo Lorandi is an Italian racing driver who was the 2018 Italian F4 vice-champion and last competed for JD Motorsport in the 2019 edition of the Formula Renault Eurocup. In 2019 he was part of the Renault Sport Academy.
KDC Racing was a Swiss auto racing team. KDC Racing was established in February 2018 by Monisha Kaltenborn after leaving the Sauber Formula One team, however the team rapidly went bankrupt.
