Bi Nahr-e Olya (Persian : بي نهرعليا‎, also Romanized as Bī Nahr-e ‘Olyā; also known as Bīnahr-e ‘Olyā)^[1] is a village in Qalkhani Rural District, Gahvareh District, Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 268, in 57 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qalkhani Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Gahvareh District, Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 9,354, in 1,954 families. The rural district has 53 villages.

Gahvareh District is a district (bakhsh) in Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 20,576, in 4,600 families. The District has one city: Gahvareh. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Gurani Rural District and Qalkhani Rural District.
