Yaran (Persian : ياران‎, also Romanized as Yārān)^[1] is a village in Ban Zardeh Rural District, in the Central District of Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 191, in 35 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Ban Zardeh Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 6,700, in 1,416 families. The rural district has 15 villages.

The Central District of Dalahu County is a district (bakhsh) in Dalahu County, Kermanshah Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 21,734, in 5,065 families. The District has two cities: Kerend-e Gharb & Shahrak-e Rijab.
