Blaze Island is an island located at the western end of Richardson Bay in Coronation Gulf, [3] and south of Victoria Island, in the Kitikmeot Region, Nunavut, Canada.

Other islands in the vicinity include Kigirktaryuk Island, Onitkok Island, Seven Mile Island, as well as the Couper Islands and the Nichols Islands. The community of Kugluktuk (formerly Coppermine) is located on the mainland, 6.9 km (4.3 mi) to the southwest. [4]

Bibby Island was named for Sir Bibye (Bibby) Lake, governor of the Hudson's Bay Company from 1712 to 1743.

It is 36 km2 (14 sq mi) in size. Durban Harbour is on the island's southeast facing side. Nearby can be found the larger Paallavvik, and Auyuittuq National Park is also to the west on Baffin Island.

Rymer Point is a cape in the Canadian Arctic territory of Nunavut. It is located on southwestern Victoria Island's Wollaston Peninsula, facing the Dolphin and Union Strait. Clouston Bay is situated along the north shoreline. Nuvuk Point is on the southwest side, jutting into Simpson Bay.
