The stadium can hold 10,000 people, with 6,000 seats, of which 2,175 seats are under a roof and another 120 are in the luxury suite.

The Bosut is a river in the Syrmia region of eastern Croatia and northwestern Serbia, a 186 km long left tributary of the Sava river. Slow and meandering, it originates from the confluence of Biđ and Berava rivers south of the city of Vinkovci, the only major city on its course, and then turns southeast. Near Lipovac it receives its major tributary Spačva, and then enters Serbia near Batrovci. In its lower course, Bosut flows through a forested area in the Spačva region. The river is generally known for its abundance of fish.

The Vinkovci Treasure or Cibalae Treasure is a hoard of late Roman silver plate, discovered in Vinkovci, Croatia at the end of March 2012. Consisting of 48 artifacts weighing a total of about 36 kilograms (79 lb), the hoard includes a variety of domestic utensils and tableware, some of which is elaborately decorated with various designs and depictions. The hoard appears to have been made locally, probably in a workshop in the town, and is thought to date to the late 4th century AD. Following its discovery during construction works in the centre of Vinkovci, it was put on public display in Vinkovci and at the Museum of Arts and Crafts in Zagreb prior to a programme of conservation funded by the Croatian government.

Church of Pentecost in Vinkovci is a Serbian Orthodox church in eastern Croatia. The church is one of two in the Eparchy of Osječko polje and Baranja that is dedicated to Pentecost. The original church, built in 1793, was destroyed in 1991 during the Croatian War of Independence, and an identical church was rebuilt in its place, in the period between 2007 and 2012.

The railway continues to Ivankovo to the west, to Jankovci to the east, to Otok to the southeast, to Andrijaševci to the southwest, to Osijek to the northwest, and to Vukovar–Borovo Naselje to the northeast. Vinkovci railway station consists of 15 railway tracks.
