Bukit Panjang Road (Chinese :武吉班让路) is a road in Bukit Panjang, that connects Woodlands Road and BKE, via the Bukit Panjang New Town. Construction began in 1983 and completed in 1985.

The Bukit Panjang LRT line is a 7.6-kilometre (4.7 mi) automated guideway transit line opened on 6 November 1999 as part of Singapore's LRT system. As an elevated people mover system, it is fully automated, and the project was contracted to Adtranz, Keppel Corporation and Gammon Construction. The line uses Innovia APM 100 rolling stock supplied by Adtranz. A complete loop journey on the line takes 28 minutes. It is the first line of the LRT system in Singapore and like all other LRT lines, it is fully elevated and uses automated trains. It is the only LRT line to be operated by SMRT Light Rail.

The Light Rail Transit (LRT), also known as the Light Rapid Transit, is a series of localised automated guideway transit systems acting as feeder services to the heavy rail Mass Rapid Transit, which together with the LRT forms the core of Singapore's rail transport services. The first LRT line was opened in 1999 and the system has since expanded to three lines, each serving a public housing estate, namely Bukit Panjang LRT Line, Sengkang LRT Line and Punggol LRT Line. Trains on these lines have at least one station linking it to the MRT and in turn the remainder of the LRT network.

Kranji Expressway road

The Kranji Expressway in Singapore connects from the BKE in Bukit Panjang and travels south-west to join with the PIE in Jurong West. Construction of the expressway started in 1990 and was completed in 1994. The expressway is also the second shortest of all the expressways at about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi).
