Catfish Brasil is a Brazilian reality-based documentary television series airing on MTV about the truths and lies of online dating. The series is based on the American television series Catfish and is co-hosted by Ciro Sales and Ricardo Gadelha. [1] It premiered on August 31, 2016. [2]

Sandy & Junior were a Brazilian pop music duo consisting of siblings Sandy Leah Lima and Durval de Lima Júnior. They first gained notoriety by being the children of Xororó from popular sertanejo duo Chitãozinho & Xororó. Sandy & Junior began by singing children's songs and sertanejo-influenced tracks. Once they reached adolescence, they changed their style to pop-influenced songs, mainly ballads and upbeat songs. They became a pop phenomenon in Brazil with the release of the albums Era Uma Vez... Ao Vivo (1998), As Quatro Estações (1999), Quatro Estações: O Show (2000) and Sandy & Junior (2001), which sold more than 9 million copies together, receiving multiple diamond certificates. Catfish: The TV Show is an American reality-based documentary television series airing on MTV about the truths and lies of online dating. The series, which premiered on November 12, 2012, is based on the 2010 film Catfish. In its first 7 seasons, the show was hosted by Nev Schulman and Max Joseph. Seeking to pursue a directing career, Joseph said his goodbye in the episode that aired on August 22, 2018. After Joseph's departure, several guest co-hosts were tried out, and eventually Kamie Crawford was selected to officially become part of the hosting duo in the show's 8th season alongside Schulman.

De Férias com o Ex Brasil, known as Ex on the Beach Brasil in Latin America and Portugal, is a Brazilian reality television series based on the British television series Ex on the Beach. The series premiered on Thursday, October 13, 2016 at 10:00 p.m. on MTV.

The first season of De Férias com o Ex, a Brazilian television programme, began airing on 13 October 2016 on MTV. The series concluded on 15 December 2016 after 10 episodes. The show was announced in July 2016.

The MTV MIAW Awards Brazil were established by MTV Brazil in 2018 to celebrate music, television and internet artists. The first edition happened in May 2018 and was hosted by Whindersson Nunes in São Paulo, Brazil.
