FANatic is an American television series created by Ed Connolly and executive produced by Deborah Norton and Ed Connolly of Norton Connolly Productions, that was shown on the MTV network in the late 1990s. Fans sent in submission tapes in hopes of being picked as the video subject's number one fan. They then would meet and interview them.

Settin' the Pace is a studio album by the jazz musician and composer John Coltrane. It was released in December 1961 through Prestige Records. It is assembled from previously unissued tracks from a recording session at the studio of Rudy Van Gelder in Hackensack, New Jersey in 1958. Coltrane on tenor saxophone is accompanied by Red Garland on piano, Paul Chambers on bass, and Art Taylor on drums. With Garland and Chambers, Coltrane had played together since at least October 1955 in Miles Davis' band. With Art Taylor they were part of the Tenor Conclave recordings in September 1956. As a quartet they had already recorded two albums for Prestige, John Coltrane with the Red Garland Trio and Soultrane. The material the quartet recorded on this session were extended interpretations of three popular songs and "Little Melonae", a classic bebop tune written by Jackie McLean. Of note is Coltrane's use of the sheets of sound technique, particularly on "Little Melonae".

Le Parc (1985) is the twenty-sixth major release and fourteenth studio album to be recorded by electronic artists Tangerine Dream. Each track on the album is inspired by parks from around the world. Le Parc marked Tangerine Dream's last studio release with Johannes Schmoelling, who left the band in October 1985. The title track "Le Parc" was used as the theme for the short-lived U.S television series, Street Hawk. A video was produced for "Tiergarten". Edward Joseph Connolly Jr. was an American pitcher in Major League Baseball who played for the Boston Red Sox (1964) and Cleveland Indians (1967). Listed as 6 feet 1 inch (1.85 m) tall and 190 pounds (86 kg), Connolly batted and threw left-handed. He was born in Brooklyn, New York. His father, Ed Sr., a catcher, also played briefly in the majors.

The 1958 Baltimore Orioles season involved the Orioles finishing 6th in the American League with a record of 74 wins and 79 losses, 17.5 games behind the AL and World Series champion New York Yankees. The team was managed by Paul Richards, and played their home games at Baltimore's Memorial Stadium, which hosted the All-Star Game that season. During the 1958 season, Gus Triandos hit 30 home runs, setting a Baltimore Orioles franchise record for most home runs in one season.

"Rx (Medicate)" is a song performed by Canadian rock band Theory of a Deadman, a track on their sixth studio album, Wake Up Call (2017). The song's lyrics were co-written by all four members of the band and address the prescription drug abuse epidemic occurring in North America. It was produced by Martin Terefe and recorded at Terefe's Kensaltown Studios in London. Along with the group's usual hard rock sound, the song uses elements of pop and country music genres. The band's transition into the pop genre has been associated with lead singer Tyler Connolly's newly acquired piano-playing ability, which forced a change in his songwriting style.
