The Cherry Hotel is a historic hotel building located at Wilson, Wilson County, North Carolina. It was designed by Charles Collins Benton in Beaux Arts style and built in 1917. It is a six-story, U-shaped brick building with approximately 200 rooms. The interior features a two-story lobby with Art Deco style lighting fixtures. The hotel closed in 1981. [2] It was subsequently converted to apartments.
It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982. [1] It is located in the Wilson Central Business-Tobacco Warehouse Historic District.

The Wilson County Courthouse is a historic courthouse located in Wilson, North Carolina. It was built in 1924–1925, and is a three-story, rectangular, Classical Revival style brick building. It features Corinthian order porticos in antis.
The Hotel Gerard, currently known as aka Times Square, is a historic hotel located in New York, New York. It had also operated at the Hotel Langwell and Hotel 1-2-3. The building was designed by George Keister and built in 1893. It is a 13-story, U-shaped, salmon colored brick and limestone building with German Renaissance style design elements. The front facade features bowed pairs of bay windows from the third to the sixth floor and the building is topped by steeply pointed front gables and a highly decorated dormer. It was originally built as an apartment hotel.
The Fairfield Inn was an historic hotel building located on Fairfield Lake near US Highway 64 in Cashiers, Jackson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1896-1898, and consisted of a 2 1/2-story main block with two rear wings. The Queen Anne style frame building featured three massive singled gables, hipped dormers, a three-story corner turret, elliptical windows, and a one-story lakeside verandah. The hotel had 100 rooms.
Freeman Hotel is a historic hotel building located at Windsor, Bertie County, North Carolina. It was built about 1845, and is a two-story, five-bay, frame Greek Revival style building. It features a double portico. From about 1888 until 1936 the building served Windsor as a hotel of eight rooms and two dining rooms. The building was moved to its present location in 1981.
Monte Vista Hotel is a historic hotel building located at Black Mountain, Buncombe County, North Carolina. A six-room, one-story addition was built about 1940 that connects, by an enclosed breezeway, to a 16-room, one-story, L-shaped annex added in 1980. Lambuth Inn, also known as Mission Centenary Inn and the Lambeth Hotel, is a historic hotel building located at Lake Junaluska, Haywood County, North Carolina. It was built in 1921, and is a large Classic Revival style building consisting of a long rectangular block with three short rear wings. It is flanked by buff-colored brick additions extending symmetrically from each end, one made in 1956 and one in 1964. It features a massive pedimented portico with six three-story Ionic order columns. It was the main hotel facility of the United Methodist Church's Lake Junaluska Assembly. Renovation was done in 1983-1984 and 2018.
Hotel Kinston is an historic hotel building located at Kinston, Lenoir County, North Carolina. It was built in 1927–1928, and is an 11-story, steel frame Art Deco style building. It is sheathed in red brick with cast stone Moorish stylistic details at the main entrance and top floors. It was operated as a hotel until the 1960s. It houses senior citizen apartments.
Ben-Wiley Hotel is a historic hotel building located at Fuquay-Varina, Wake County, North Carolina. It was built in 1925, and is a Bungalow / American Craftsman style frame building consisting of two hip-roofed blocks; the two-story main block with a hip roofed front porch, and a two-story rear block. It is sheathed in weatherboard and has widely overhanging eaves. It was converted from 12 hotel rooms to 6 apartments in 1947.

It encompasses 152 contributing buildings, 20 contributing sites, and 2 contributing structures in the central business district of Wilson. Located in the district are the separately listed Branch Banking Building, Cherry Hotel, and Wilson County Courthouse. Moses Rountree House is a historic home located at Wilson, Wilson County, North Carolina. It was built about 1869, and is a two-story, three bays wide by two bays deep, Gothic Revival style frame house. It has a two-story rear ell. It has a steep gable roof and is sheathed in weatherboard. The house was moved in 1890 and about 1920, and was renovated in the 1930s adding Colonial Revival style design elements.
Davis-Whitehead-Harriss House is a historic home located at Wilson, Wilson County, North Carolina. It was built in 1858, and renovated in 1872 in the Italianate style. It is a two-story, three bays wide, "T"-plan, frame dwelling, with a rear ell. It has single-shouldered, brick end chimneys with stuccoed stacks and a one-story, hipped roof front porch. Also on the property is a two-story frame carriage house built in 1925.
The Branch Banking Company Building is a historic bank building located in Wilson, North Carolina. It was built by the Branch Banking and Trust Company in 1903, and is a two-story, rectangular, blond brick building in the Classical Revival / Renaissance Revival style. A three bay extension was built in 1934. It features reddish sandstone detailing such as the window surrounds, pediment, columns and capitals; and an overhanging pressed metal cornice. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978. It is located in the Wilson Central Business-Tobacco Warehouse Historic District.
Lombard Building is a historic commercial building located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It was built in 1893, and is a six-story, rectangular, Renaissance Revival style masonry, iron, and timber-framed building. The two center bays are subtly bowed on the upper stories. It is located between the Marott's Shoes Building and former Hotel Washington.
