Choristoneura jezoensis is a species of moth of the family Tortricidae. It is found on Hokkaido island in Japan.
The larvae feed on Abies sachalinensis , Picea jezoensis and Larix leptolepis . [2]

The specific epithet jezoensis derives from Ezo, an old name for Hokkaido and other islands north of the Japanese island of Honshu, where the species is found.
