The Clara Barkley Dorr House is an historic home in Pensacola, Florida. Built in 1871, it is located at 311 South Adams Street. On July 24, 1974, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places for its classical revival architecture. [2]
In 1989, the house was listed in A Guide to Florida's Historic Architecture, published by the University of Florida Press. [3]
The house is part of Historic Pensacola Village and is now a Victorian period museum house open to the public. [4]
Clara Barkley married Eben Walker Dorr in 1849. The couple lived in Bagdad, Florida where Eben worked for a lumber company. In 1870, Eben died. Clara had the house built in 1871 in Pensacola to accommodate her and her five children. [2]
By the 1960s, the house was in poor condition. The Pensacola Heritage Foundation bought the building in 1965, [2] restored it, and opened access to the public. [4]

The Rengstorff House was one of the first houses to be built in Mountain View, California. It was built c. 1867 by Henry Rengstorff, a prominent local businessman who operated a ferry between San Francisco and Mountain View. It is built in the Italianate Victorian architecture style. The house's three-bay front facade features an entrance pavilion topped by a balustrade and a pediment on the middle bay.
The Pensacola Museum of History at the University of West Florida, formerly the T. T. Wentworth Jr. Florida State Museum, is a museum of history located at 330 Jefferson Street in the Plaza Ferdinand VII in Pensacola, Florida. It is part of the Historic Pensacola Village museum complex. The building, reminiscent of the Alamo mission style, was built in 1907 as the Pensacola City Hall and served as such until 1985 when the present city hall was built at 180 Governmental Center, also known as 222 West Main Street. In 1989, the building was listed as the Pensacola City Hall in A Guide to Florida's Historic Architecture, published by the University of Florida Press.

The Edsel and Eleanor Ford House is a mansion located at 1100 Lake Shore Drive in Grosse Pointe Shores, northeast of Detroit, Michigan; it stands on the site known as "Gaukler Point", on the shore of Lake St. Clair.
