Coleophora glaucella is a moth of the family Coleophoridae. It is found in the United States, including California.
The larvae feed on the leaves of Arctostaphylos glauca . They create a spatulate leaf case.

There are about 60 species of Arctostaphylos, ranging from ground-hugging arctic, coastal, and mountain shrub to small trees up to 6 m tall. Most are evergreen, with small oval leaves 1–7 cm long, arranged spirally on the stems.
