Romania is a country located at the crossroads of Central, Eastern, and Southeastern Europe. Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, known mononymously as Lula, is a Brazilian politician and trade unionist who has served as the 39th president of Brazil since 1 January 2023. A member of the Workers' Party, he was previously the 35th president from 2003 to 2011. He is the first Brazilian president to have been elected to a third term and the first to have defeated an incumbent president in an election.
