Frantzen made his ATP Tour doubles main draw debut at the Swiss Open Gstaad alongside Hendrik Jebens.

He reached his first ATP Tour final at the Moselle Open with partner Jebens, but lost to Hugo Nys and Jan Zieliński. [3]

The 2023 Hamburg European Open was a combined men's and women's tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the 117th edition of the event for the men and the 21st edition for the women. The tournament was classified as an ATP Tour 500 series on the 2023 ATP Tour and as a WTA 250 tournament on the 2023 WTA Tour. The tournament took place at Am Rothenbaum in Hamburg, Germany between 23 and 30 July 2023.

The 2023 Moselle Open was a men's tennis tournament to be played on indoor hard courts. It was the 20th edition of the event, and it is part of the ATP 250 tournaments on the 2023 ATP Tour. It took place at the Arènes de Metz from 5 November to 11 November 2023.

Defending champions Hugo Nys and Jan Zieliński defeated Constantin Frantzen and Hendrik Jebens 6–4, 6–4 in the final to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Moselle Open.
