Damac Towers by Paramount is a 68-storey, 270-metre-tall (886 ft) residential and hotel tower under construction in Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates. [2]

Downtown Dubai, previously known as Downtown Burj Dubai, is a large-scale, mixed-use complex under development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the home of some of the city's largest landmarks including Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain. It covers an area of 2 square kilometres (0.77 sq mi), at an estimated cost of US$20 billion upon completion and as of 2017, had a population of 13,201.

DAMAC Towers Complex

The complex was launched by Paramount Hotels & Resorts partnered with DAMAC Properties on March 12, 2013. The Damac Towers project is Paramount Hotels & Resorts first venture into the hotel and real estate industry. Once completed, the whole complex will cost around US$1 billion. [3]

DAMAC Properties is a property development company, based in Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates. In January 2015, DAMAC Properties was publicly listed on the Dubai Financial Market. The company operates internationally providing residential, commercial and leisure properties and has a collective presence in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman, and the United Kingdom.

The four towers will have a connecting multi-level plaza with themed restaurants and bars, events facilities, a screening room, fitness centers, swimming pools, kids club and retail zone based on Paramount-branded products. One tower will feature the Paramount Hotel and Residences while the other three will house the DAMAC Maison–Paramount co-branded serviced residences. [4]

DAMAC Residenze formerly named DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, is an 85-storey, 335 m (1,099 ft), supertall skyscraper under construction in Dubai Marina, Dubai. It is the second supertall project by DAMAC Properties, the first being Ocean Heights, which is also located in Dubai Marina. The building will overlook the Palm Jumeirah. When completed in 2017, DAMAC Heights will become one of the tallest buildings in Dubai and the fifth-tallest residential building in the world, surpassed only by Pentominium, World One, and Marina 101, and Princess Tower.
