Pseudoscorpions, also known as false scorpions or book scorpions, are arachnids belonging to the order Pseudoscorpiones, also known as Pseudoscorpionida or Chelonethida.
The treecreepers are a family, Certhiidae, of small passerine birds, widespread in wooded regions of the Northern Hemisphere and sub-Saharan Africa. The family contains ten species in two genera, Certhia and Salpornis. Their plumage is dull-coloured, and as their name implies, they climb over the surface of trees in search of food.
The Chthonioidea are a superfamily of pseudoscorpions, representing the earliest diverging and most primitive living pseudoscorpions. The superfamily contains two families.
Mus mayori is a species of rodent in the genus Mus, the mice. Its common names include Mayor's mouse, highland rat, and spiny mouse. It is endemic to Sri Lanka.
Heterolophus is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family Tridenchthoniidae. There are at least four described species in Heterolophus.
Verrucaditha is a monotypic genus of pseudoscorpions in the family Tridenchthoniidae. Its sole descriped species is Verrucaditha spinosa.
Verrucadithella is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family Tridenchthoniidae. There are at least three described species in Verrucadithella.

Lusoblothrus is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family Syarinidae. The genus was created to accommodate its sole species, Lusoblothrus aenigmaticus. The species was recently discovered in Portugal, its description published in 2012.
Illinichernes is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family Chernetidae. There are at least two described species in Illinichernes.
Hesperochernes is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family of Chernetidae.
Chitrella is a genus of pseudoscorpions in the family of Syarinidae.
Titanobochica is a monotypic genus of pseudoscorpion in the family Bochicidae. It contains the single species Titanobochica magna, a cave-dwelling pseudoscorpion native to caves in the Algarve region of Portugal.
Chitrella regina is a species of pseudoscorpions in the family Syarinidae.
Ideoroncidae is a family of pseudoscorpions belonging to the order Pseudoscorpiones. Members of the family are known from Asia, Africa, western North America and South America.
Pseudotyrannochthoniidae is a family of pseudoscorpions, belonging to the superfamily Chthonioidea. It represents the most basal and primitive group of living pseudoscorpions, containing 50 species in 5 genera. Living members of the group have a strongly disjunct distribution, likely reflecting ancient vicariance, occurring in Australia, Asia, Southern Africa and Madagascar, Western North America and southern South America. Fossils species are known from the Eocene Baltic and Bitterfeld amber, which represent members of extant Asian genera.
