Dudley Dorival (born 1 September 1975) is a retired Haitian hurdler. He was born in Elizabeth, United States.
Dorival graduated from Ewing High School in 1993 and attended and competed at the University of Connecticut. [1] He is best known for his bronze medal in 110 metres hurdles at the 2001 World Championships, which he won in a personal best time of 13.25 seconds.
Born in the United States to Haitian parents, Dorival took Haitian nationality on July 29, 1999. [2]
He is now the Sprints and Hurdles Coach for Rider University's Track and Field team, which he helped lead to a Metro-Atlantic Athletic Conference Men's Outdoor Championship in 2010–2011. [3]

He repeated his third place at the 2016 United States Olympic Trials to make his second Olympic team. On June 25, 2017, he announced his retirement from track and field.
Abdul Rashid is a Pakistani sprint hurdler. Rashid represented Pakistan at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, where he competed for the men's 110 m hurdles. He ran in the third heat against seven other athletes, including Ronald Forbes of the Cayman Islands and three-time Olympian Dudley Dorival of Haiti. He finished the race only in last place by nearly two seconds behind Dorival, with a time of 14:52, twenty-eight hundredths of a second slower than his personal best of 14:24. Rashid, however, failed to advance into the quarterfinal round, as he placed fortieth overall, based on his time and performance in the preliminary heats. Courtney Hawkins is an American former track and field athlete who competed in the sprint hurdles. He was a medallist at the Pan American Games and the IAAF World Indoor Championships in 1995.
