Elma Rabe is a South African politician and a current Member of the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature for the Democratic Alliance.
Rabe had previously served as the DA's Provincial Director in the KwaZulu-Natal before she was elected to the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Legislature in the 2019 provincial election, having been ranked 10th on the party list. She was appointed the DA KZN Spokesperson on Social Development. [1] She supported fellow MPL Mbali Ntuli's unsuccessful bid for DA leader at the 2020 Democratic Alliance Federal Congress. [2]
At the DA's provincial congress held on 27 March 2021, Rabe was elected as one of three deputy provincial chairpersons of the party. [3] She was appointed the party's provincial spokesperson on agriculture in December 2021. [4]
Rabe unsuccessfully stood for re-election as a deputy provincial chairperson of the DA at the party's provincial conference in April 2023. [5]

He was chief whip of the official opposition from May 2014 until October 2019. Mbali Ntuli is a South African politician and a former member of the Democratic Alliance. She is the former Provincial Campaigns Director for the party in KZN. She resigned as a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature in March 2022, where she served as the DA KZN Spokesperson on Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs (CoGTA). She previously served as leader and Chairperson of the Democratic Alliance Youth. She was elected to this position in May 2013.
Zwakele Maxwell Mncwango is a South African politician who is the provincial chairperson of ActionSA in KwaZulu-Natal. He was a Member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature from 2018 to 2022 and served as the Leader of the Opposition in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature from 2018 to 2019. He was the Provincial Leader of the KwaZulu-Natal Democratic Alliance (DA) from 2015 to 2021. Mncwango was the party's KwaZulu-Natal Premier candidate for the 2019 election.

Hlanganani Siphelele Gumbi is a South African politician. A member of the Democratic Alliance, Gumbi was elected to the eThekwini city council in 2011. In 2014, he was elected to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature. Gumbi became a member of the National Assembly of South Africa following the 2019 general election. He was appointed Shadow Deputy Minister of Tourism. In 2022, he resigned from the National Assembly to return to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature. He was then appointed as the DA KZN Spokesperson on Agriculture and Rural Development.
Nomagugu Simelane-Zulu is a South African lawyer and African National Congress (ANC) politician who has been serving as the KwaZulu-Natal MEC for Health since May 2019. She became a Member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature in May 2014. She was the chair of the legislature's Agriculture Portfolio Committee from 2014 to 2019. Simelane-Zulu was previously involved in the African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL).

Kwazikwenkosi Innocent Mshengu is a South African lawyer and African National Congress politician who served as the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Education in KwaZulu-Natal until 11 August 2022 when he was replaced with Mbali Frazer by the new KwaZulu-Natal Premier Nomusa Dube-Ncube. He served as a member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature from May 2019 until February 2023. Mshengu is the provincial chairperson of the African National Congress Youth League.

Frazer was elected deputy provincial chairperson of the African National Congress Women's League in August 2023.
