Esports at the 2023 SEA Games took place from 6 to 15 May in Cambodia.

Contents

Nine medals were contested in esports which consisted of five games and nine events. [1] Participating nations, could only enter in seven out of nine events. Host Cambodia could enter all nine events. [2]

The swimming competitions at the 2017 SEA Games in Kuala Lumpur took place at National Aquatic Centre in Bukit Jalil. It was one of four aquatic sports at the games, along with diving, water polo, and synchronised swimming. Meanwhile, marathon swimming was held at the Putrajaya Lake.

The men's football tournament at the 2019 Southeast Asian Games was held from November 25 to December 10, 2019 in the Philippines. All eleven Southeast Asian nations participated in the men's tournament. Matches were played in Manila, Biñan and Imus. Men's teams were restricted to under-22 players.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Southeast Asia Cup, often called as MSC, is an annual esports tournament for the mobile MOBA game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang in Southeast Asia. The tournament consists of different teams from different countries in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore, Vietnam, and Myanmar, Cambodia, and Laos.

Esports at the 2021 SEA Games took place at National Convention Center in Hanoi, Vietnam from 13 to 22 May 2022. It will be the second esports contest as a medal event in a multi-sport competition sanctioned by the International Olympic Committee.
