Et godt stup i et grunt vann ( English: A good plunge into a shallow water) is the fourth studio album by the Norwegian rapper Cezinando. It was released on February 21, 2020, through 1111klubb and distributed by Universal Music. The album follows the third studio album Noen ganger og andre (2017). Production was handled by Aksel "Axxe" Carlson, Ole Torjus Hofvind, and Eivind Helgerød.

At the Norwegian radioshow, Nitimen, on NRK Cezinando explained when that the poem was something that got "stuck to his head" when he and Ole Torjus Hofvind were out for a walk after a long studio session. Ole Martin Ellefsæter was a Norwegian athlete. He mostly competed in cross-country skiing, and won two gold medals at the 1968 Winter Olympics. At the 1966 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships he won one gold and one silver (15 km) medal, and in 1971 he became the first Norwegian to win Vasaloppet.

Ole Arnold Børud is a Norwegian singer, songwriter, instrumentalist, producer, and engineer known both for his solo recordings and as a member of the groups Arnold B. Family, a group which would compete in the Melodi Grand Prix three times. At age twelve, he released a Christian children's music album. Sas Plus/Sas Pussy is the second extended play (EP) by the Norwegian hip hop duo Karpe, composed of rappers Magdi Omar Ytreeide Abdelmaguid and Chirag Rashmikant Patel.
