The FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup (formerly FIBA Under-17 World Championship for Women) is the women's international under-17 basketball championship organized by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA). The event was held for the first time in July 2010, and is held biennially. [1] [2]

The FIBA Under-16 Women's Asia Cup is an international under-16 basketball championship in the International Basketball Federation's FIBA Asia zone. The tournament started in 2009, and is held biennially. The top four teams qualify toward the FIBA Under-17 Women's Basketball World Cup.
