State Road 25A is an unsigned designation for part of U.S. Route 441 along Marion Street in Lake City, Florida. It runs from State Road 25 south of downtown, where U.S. Routes 41 and 441 break away from each other and run parallel to each other. North of US 90, State Road 47 joins the route downtown and follows SR 25A in a hidden concurrency. North of County Road 100A, SR 25A splits from US 441 at the intersection of County Road 250 and branches off to the northwest onto North Valdosta Road where it becomes County Road 25A. The road runs in a straight northwest to southeast trajectory until it curves to the southwest and terminates at US 41/SR 25/SR 100 just south of the interchange with I-10. [4]

County Road 25A is a pair of county suffixed alternate of SR 25. The first segment is entirely in Leesburg along the eastern shores of Lake Denham on the west side of U.S. Route 27 and Singletary Park beginning one mile north of the northern terminus of CR 33, and ending 0.7 miles south of the intersection with State Road 44.
The second section also begins at US 27 in Leesburg, but here it also has the concurrency with U.S. Route 441. Like the one further south, it runs along the west side of the parent route but this segment enters Fruitland Park. The northern terminus is at US 27-441 in Fruitland Park just south of the intersection with Cook Street and Register Road.

County Road 25A is actually one of two county suffixed alternates of State Road 25 in Alachua County. The first begins at US 441/SR 25 branching off of that road just to the northwest onto Southeast Tuscawilla Road. After it enters the Micanopy town limits it becomes Northeast Fist Street then turns west onto Northwest Seminary Road, which is a former segment of State Highway 329, that terminates at CR 234 when it leaves the town. [5] [6] CR 25A turns north onto a concurrency with CR 234 which runs turns south towards I-75 at Exit 234. CRs 25A/234 enters a portion of Paynes Prairie State Preserve where it terminates with US 441/SR 25, as CR 234 briefly turns east to join southbound US 441 until it reaches Northeast First Street. The second County Road 25A is located in eastern Alachua and northwestern Gainesville. Though geologically it runs east and west, it is technically a north and south road. It begins at US 441 (SR 25) where that route runs between the borders of both cities, and runs along a railroad line. Eventually it enters Alachua entirely passing south of a University of Florida Dairy Research Unit. It has intersections with Northwest 126th Lane and CR 237 before terminating back with US 441/SR 25.

County Road 25B includes Northwest 174th Avenue, Southeast 17th Street and Northwest 222nd Street in High Springs. It begins as Northwest 174th Avenue at US 27/41, which runs east and west until it reaches Southeast 17th Street, where it turns north. Just before the intersection with a dirt road named Northwest 179th Place it curves to the northeast and becomes Northwest 222nd Street which then intersects Railroad Avenue, and the railroad line for which it is named, then finally intersects with its parent route, hidden SR 25 (US 441), which is also in a concurrency with State Road 20.

County Road 25A is the northernmost county suffixed alternate of SR 25 in the state, but that route does not reunite with its parent road. It runs west from US 41 in White Springs as Camp Street then turns north onto Jackson Street only to make another left turn onto Osceola Road. From here it runs northwest along the north side of the Suwannee River running in front of two parklands, the first being the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park, and the next being the Swift Creek Conservation Area. The road eventually runs over a bridge over Interstate 75 with no access and curves right to run parallel to I-75 until it reaches the outskirts of the FDOT Truck inspection stations. After passing by the southbound inspection station, it takes another sharp turn to the west and the one last turn to the northwest, where it finally terminates at CR 132 in the unincorporated community of Marion.

State Road 25F is an unsigned frontage road in Hialeah Gardens. It runs 0.717 miles from Northwest 95th Street to Northwest 87th Avenue along the northbound side of US 27/SR 25. [9]
State Road 15A is part of the Florida State Road System, and a suffixed alternate of State Road 15. Along with its parent route, SR 15A is signed north–south.
State Road 944, locally known as Hialeah Drive and North 54th Street, is a 5.822-mile-long (9.370 km) east–west street spanning Hialeah and Miami, Florida. The western terminus is an intersection with Okeechobee Road in Hialeah; its eastern terminus is an intersection with Biscayne Boulevard. Along with the north–south Palm Avenue, Hialeah Drive is a baseline for addresses in the City of Hialeah.
State Road 100 is a 153-mile-long (246 km) east–west highway serving northeast Florida. Its western terminus is at the Georgia-Florida border four miles (6.4 km) north of Avoca, Florida ; its eastern terminus is an intersection with Shore Scenic Highway in Flagler Beach. The portion west of Lake City is only signed as portions of US 41 and US 129, both of which run north–south.
State Road 200 is a major diagonal road in central and northeast Florida. Its southern terminus is at US 41 in Hernando. Its eastern terminus is at SR A1A in Fernandina Beach, at the corner of Atlantic Avenue and Fletcher Avenue.
State Road 44 is an east–west state highway in the U.S. state of Florida. It runs from Crystal River on the Gulf of Mexico east to New Smyrna Beach on the Atlantic Ocean, passing through Inverness, Wildwood, Leesburg and DeLand.
State Road 87 is a 51.687-mile-long (83.182 km) north–south highway in the state of Florida that extends from U.S. Route 98 to the Alabama state line where it becomes State Route 41. All of SR 87 is contained within Santa Rosa County.
State Road 24 is an east–west state highway that runs between Cedar Key on the Gulf of Mexico and Waldo, Florida, at US 301. State Road 24 runs along a former branch of the Seaboard Air Line Railroad. This branch was originally owned by the Florida Railway and Navigation Company, and used to lead to ferries to both Pensacola, Florida and New Orleans, Louisiana. It also passes through Rosewood, site of the infamous 1923 massacre.
State Road 26 is a 62.172-mile-long (100.056 km) east–west route across North Central Florida.
State Road 19 is a Florida State Road in Putnam, Marion, and Lake counties. It runs from Groveland to Palatka through Ocala National Forest. Along with SR 33, SR 19 provides a mostly rural north-south corridor through central Florida from Lakeland to Palatka.
U.S. Highway 27 (US 27) in Florida is a north–south United States Numbered Highway. It runs 496.352 miles (798.801 km) from the Miami metropolitan area northwest to the Tallahassee metropolitan area. Throughout the state, US 27 has been designated the Claude Pepper Memorial Highway by the Florida Legislature. It was named after long-time Florida statesperson Claude Pepper, who served in both the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. The stretch running from Miami to South Bay was originally designated the Thomas E. Will Memorial Highway by the Florida Legislature in 1937 when that portion was known as State Road 26 (SR 26). Thomas E. Will, the founder of Okeelanta, had worked for almost 20 years to get the state to build a road from Miami to the area south of Lake Okeechobee. For most of its length in the state, US 27 is a divided highway.
U.S. Highway 41 (US 41) in the state of Florida is a north–south United States Highway. It runs 479 miles (771 km) from Miami in South Florida northwest to the Georgia state line north of the Lake City area. Within the state, US 41 is paralleled by Interstate 75 (I-75) all the way from Miami to Georgia, and I-75 has largely supplanted US 41 as a major highway.
U.S. Route 98 is a major east-west thoroughfare through the U.S. state of Florida. Spanning 670.959 miles (1,079.804 km), it connects Pensacola and the Alabama/Florida state line to the west with Palm Beach and the Atlantic coast in the east. It is the longest US road in Florida, as well as the longest US road in any state east of the Mississippi River.
U.S. Route 301 in Florida runs from the Sarasota-Bradenton-Venice, Florida Metropolitan Statistical Area northeast to the Greater Jacksonville Metropolitan Area. The road is a spur of U.S. Route 1, which it intersects in Callahan.
U.S. Route 441 (US 441) in Florida is a north–south United States Highway. It runs 433 miles (697 km) from Miami in South Florida northwest to the Georgia state line, with the overall route continuing to Tennessee in the Rocky Top area.
State Road 121 is a major state highway that runs north and south in northern Florida. The road is part of a long multi-state route that also goes through Georgia and South Carolina.
State Road 18 is a short state road in the U.S. state of Florida. It begins in Worthington Springs in southern Union County and travels eastward for 6.60 miles (10.62 km) into Bradford County until it becomes County Road 18 at Brooker. It also has county road extensions, one of which is between Fort White and Worthington Springs, and the other between Brooker and SR 100 north of Theressa.
State Road 35 is a north–south state highway in the western counties of the U.S. state of Florida.
State Road 329 (SR 329) was a short state highway traveling south and north through Gainesville, Florida. It comprised Main Street through Gainesville. The full length of the road extended from SR 331 to County Road 232 (CR 232). In the 1970s, the northern portion of the road, most of North Main Street, became County Road 329 (CR 329) while South Main Street was relinquished by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) to the city. A small portion of the former state road in Gainesville is still maintained by the state as a portion of SR 20.
State Road 235 is a south–north state highway in Alachua County, Florida. It runs from U.S. Route 441 in Alachua to Brooker, and has county-maintained segments in Alachua and Bradford Counties, which were once part of SR 235.
A total of at least eleven special routes of U.S. Route 441 (US 441) have existed, and at least three have been deleted. These special routes include alternate routes, business loops, truck routes, and bypass routes which connect to US 441 in the US states of Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
